Job Description

Develops, executes, and monitors CRM campaigns aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. The specialist collaborates with internal and external stakeholders including marketing, content, tech vendors, and agencies to ensure the seamless rollout of personalized marketing efforts and loyalty program communications. The role also includes the ongoing management of e-commerce platform content to support marketing and sales efforts.

Key Tasks

CRM Campaign Management

  • Plan and implement CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, etc.
  • Schedule and manage the CRM communication calendar.
  • Build automation workflows and define customer segmentation strategies.
  • Track and report campaign performance on regular intervals (campaign/monthly/quarterly/annually).
  • Run A/B and multivariate testing to optimize performance.
  • Convert performance insights into actionable improvement

Loyalty Program Coordination

  • Collaborate with marketing to promote and grow loyalty program.
  • Analyze loyalty data and recommend performance-boosting actions.
  • Ensure loyalty communications align with broader CRM strategies.

Data & Analytics

  • Conduct customer data analysis for segmentation and personalization.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.

E-commerce Content Management

  • Maintain and update e-commerce platform content: products, banners, images, and coupons.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of promotions and coupon code setups.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Coordinate with tech vendors and agencies for campaign execution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (design, marketing, development).
  • Ensure high quality of campaign content and visuals.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in CRM tools, customer engagement trends, and loyalty marketing.
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset and support digital transformation goals.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in CRM or loyalty marketing (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
  • High proficiency in data analysis and marketing performance metrics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, segmentation, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and email marketing platforms (HTML builders a plus).
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management and user funnel optimization.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
