We are looking to hire a Specialist - Compliance  with a strong accounting and analytical background.

Goals

  • Develop, implement, and maintain audit programs, company policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor and review the organization’s adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Identify potential compliance risks and design effective strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide guidance and conduct training sessions for employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Investigate and respond to allegations of non-compliance.
  • Report compliance status, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct audits across departments with a focus on risk-based approaches.
  • Assess compliance with digital transformation initiatives and IT systems.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, or a related field.
  • Work experience with a Big 4 audit firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and controls.
