Goals
- Develop, implement, and maintain audit programs, company policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and review the organization’s adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Identify potential compliance risks and design effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide guidance and conduct training sessions for employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Investigate and respond to allegations of non-compliance.
- Report compliance status, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits across departments with a focus on risk-based approaches.
- Assess compliance with digital transformation initiatives and IT systems.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, or a related field.
- Work experience with a Big 4 audit firm is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, processes, and controls.
