• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the quality of food and service, taking action to correct any issues.
Operational Efficiency:
• Oversee restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth workflow in all areas.
• Manage inventory to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed correctly.
Staff Management:
• Schedule staff shifts effectively to meet customer demand while controlling labor costs.
• Train and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently and courteously.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Health and Safety Compliance:
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe environment for both customers and staff.
• Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train staff in safety procedures and ensure compliance.
Financial Performance:
• Monitor daily sales and expenses to meet financial targets.

Educational Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
