Job Description

Senior Managers in human resources roles play a crucial role in overseeing the HR department's operations. They are responsible for managing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and regulations. Senior Managers also provide guidance and support to HR staff, ensure accurate and timely HR reporting, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies. Additionally, senior managers may be responsible for resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair and equitable treatment of employees.
