Job Description

• Order Pickup and Delivery:
  • Pick up food orders from restaurants or food outlets.
  • Deliver orders to customers within the specified time frame.
  • Ensure the food is handled with care and delivered in optimal condition.

• Customer Interaction:

  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery status or issues.
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.

• Route Planning and Navigation:

  • Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Use GPS and delivery apps to navigate and track orders.
  • Adapt to traffic conditions and find alternative routes as necessary.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while riding the scooter.
  • Wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets.
  • Ensure the scooter is parked safely and securely when not in use.

• Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, destination, and any issues encountered.
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or scooter malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintenance:

  • Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on the scooter to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Report major issues to the technical team for repair.
