Job Description

Restaurant delivery driver are responsible to pick up food from restaurant, and deliver it to the customer. Ensuring a positive customer service through timely service and effective communication.

Key Tasks

• Delivery: Safely and promptly deliver food orders to customers, ensuring the correct items are included.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained, reporting any issues to management.
• Order Management: Review and verify orders before leaving the restaurant to ensure accuracy.
• Time Management: Adhere to delivery schedules and work efficiently to meet delivery timeframes.
• Communication: Maintain communication with restaurant staff and management regarding delivery status and customer feedback.

Educational Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver's license (issued 2013 below) and clean driving record are required.
