Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. -
Team Leadership:
Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and motivating team members to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies. -
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. -
Financial Performance:
Monitor and manage financial aspects, including labor costs, food costs, and operational budgets. Help achieve revenue targets by ensuring efficient service and maximizing sales opportunities. -
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and safe to use. -
Stock & Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure that the restaurant is properly stocked with food and supplies while minimizing waste. -
Staff Scheduling:
Assist in creating and managing employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels during peak times while controlling labor costs. -
Performance Monitoring:
Help track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, sales, and employee performance. Provide feedback and coaching to team members for improvement. -
Promotions & Marketing:
Assist with local marketing efforts and promotions to drive business and increase customer engagement.
Educational Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the fast food or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Basic understanding of financial management, including cost control and budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
